The Mainland of China : “Notice of the Hainan Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration, the Department of Finance of Hainan Province and the Hainan Administration for Market Regulation Concerning Issues Related to Continuation of Policy for Substantive Operations of Enterprises in Encouraged Industries in the Hainan Free Trade Port”
Three government departments including the Hainan Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration jointly issued on 8 August 2025 the “Notice of the Hainan Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration, the Department of Finance of Hainan Province and the Hainan Administration for Market Regulation Concerning Issues Related to Continuation of Policy for Substantive Operations of Enterprises in Encouraged Industries in the Hainan Free Trade Port”, which took effect from 1 January 2025 till 31 December 2027. Please refer to the Appendix for the notice (in Chinese only).
