The Mainland of China : “Interim Measures for the Recognition and Management of Hainan Self-produced Goods under the Tariff Exemption Policy for Value-added by Processing in the Hainan Free Trade Port”
The General Office of the People’s Government of Hainan Province issued on 23 July 2025 the “Interim Measures for the Recognition and Management of Hainan Self-produced Goods under the Tariff Exemption Policy for Value-added by Processing in the Hainan Free Trade Port”, which will take effect on the day of independent customs operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Please refer to the Appendix for the interim measures (in Chinese only).
