The Mainland of China : “Measures for the Recognition and Management of Eligible Beneficiaries for ‘Zero Tariff’ Imported Goods in the Hainan Free Trade Port (Trial)”
The People’s Government of Hainan Province issued on 22 July 2025 the “Measures for the Recognition and Management of Eligible Beneficiaries for ‘Zero Tariff’ Imported Goods in the Hainan Free Trade Port (Trial)”, which will take effect on the day of independent customs operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Please refer to the Appendix for the measures (in Chinese only).
