The Administrative Committee of the Guangzhou Development District and the People’s Government of the Huangpu District of Guangzhou Municipality jointly issued on 21 July 2025 the “Certain Measures of the Guangzhou Development District (Huangpu District) for Promoting the High-quality Development of the Biomedical Industry”, which took effect on 23 July 2025 for three years. Please refer to the Appendix for the measures (in Chinese only).
