Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 786/2024 of 30 September 2024 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against clear float glass classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) code 7005.29.99 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 13 June 2025 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with imposition of AD duty of US$0.13739 per kilogram. 2.For traders involved in the export of the subject product produced in Guangdong, please contact Zheng Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Guangdong Department of Commerce at 8620 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong Province in responding to AD investigations against products of the Province.
