Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 759/2024 of 17 September 2024 regarding the preliminary affirmative determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET resin) classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) codes 3907.61.01 and 3907.69.99 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 29 May 2025 announcing its imposition of AD duties of US$0.00 - US$0.26 per kilogram on the subject merchandise. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong Province in responding to AD investigations against products of the Province.
