Dear Sirs,
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 241/2025 of 19 March 2025, the European Commission published Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1334 on 11 July 2025 to make imports of phosphorous acid originating in the Mainland of China currently under the anti-dumping investigation subject to registration. The Implementing Regulation is available at: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=OJ:L_202501334.
2.The product concerned is phosphorous acid, in solid or liquid (aqueous) forms, also denominated phosphonic acid, usually falling under Chemical Abstracts Service numbers 13598-36-2 and 10294-56-1, currently classified under CN code 2811 19 80 (TARIC code 2811 19 80 60).
3.The Implementing Regulation will enter into force on 12 July 2025. For further details, please refer to the above Implementing Regulation.
4.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
