The Hainan Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration is seeking comments from the public on the “‘Notice of the Hainan Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration Concerning Issues Related to Continued Implementation of Preferential Enterprise Income Tax Policy in the Hainan Free Trade Port (Consultation Draft)’ and the Explanatory Note”. Interested parties can submit their comments before 31 July 2025. Please refer to the Appendix for the notice (in Chinese only).
