Dear Sirs,
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 154/2021 of 15 March 2021, the European Commission published notice C/2025/3325 on 20 June 2025 concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of sulphanilic acid originating in the Mainland of China. 2.The product concerned is sulphanilic acid and its salts, currently falling under CN code ex 2921 42 00 (TARIC codes 2921 42 00 40, 2921 42 00 60, and 2921 42 00 61). Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in the notice, the anti-dumping measures will expire at midnight of 13 March 2026.
3.Definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of the product originating in the Mainland of China have been imposed since 11 March 2021. The current rate of anti-dumping duty is 33.7%.
