Dear Sirs,
The European Commission published notice C/2025/2778 on 21 May 2025 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of new pneumatic tyres, of rubber, of a kind used on motor cars, buses or lorries with a load index not exceeding 121 originating in the Mainland of China. 2.The product under investigation are new pneumatic tyres, of rubber, of a kind used: on motor cars (including station wagons and racing cars) and on buses or lorries with a load index not exceeding 121, currently classified under CN codes 4011 10 00 and 4011 20 10.
3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
