Dear Sirs,
The Brazilian Government has modified its tariff schedule. Among others, certain automatic data processing machines entered in the form of systems as well as certain processing units, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8471.49.00 and 8471.50.90, will now face a 16% import duty.
2.For details, traders are advised to consult their importers in Brazil and/or refer to the Appendix for the Brazilian Resolution No. 692/2025 (in Portuguese).
