Dear Sirs,
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 994/2024 of 4 December 2024 regarding the imposition of provisional anti-dumping (AD) duties on certain staple fibres of polyesters classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 5503.20.90 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian Government issued Resolution Nos. 688/2025 and 707/2025 to amend the provisional AD duties on the subject products of certain Mainland Chinese companies from US$61.09 per tonne to US$56.23 per tonne.
2.For details, traders are advised to consult their importers in Brazil and/or refer to Appendices 1 to 2 below for the relevant Brazilian Resolutions (in Portuguese):

3.For traders involved in the export of the subject products produced in Guangdong, please contact Zheng Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Guangdong Department of Commerce at 8620 3881 9797.
