The State Asministration for Market Regulation of the People's Republic of China promulgated on 25 March 2025 the “Discretion Standards for Administrative Penalties Related to Illegal Implementation of Concentration of Undertakings (Trial)”, which took effect from the date of promulation. Please refer to the Appendix for the standards (in Chinese only).
