Dear Sirs,
The Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 1311/2024 to announce renewal of the anti-dumping (AD) order on certain electric alternating current, single-phase, asynchronous motors classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8501.40.19 originating in the Mainland of China. For a period of two years, imports of the products are subject to an AD duty if their free on board (FOB) export prices are below the minimum FOB export prices. The AD Duty is equal to the difference between the product FOB export price and the minimum FOB export price listed below:
