Dear Sirs,
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 686/2024 of 16 August 2024, the European Commission published Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/261 on 11 February 2025 to impose a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of biodiesel originating in the Mainland of China. 2.Salient points of the Regulation are set out below -

| (b) Rate of duty | : | 35.6% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty (except for a number of companies with individual duty rates from 10.0% to 23.4%) |
| (c) Effective date | : | 12 February 2025 |
