The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China promulgated on 24 December 2025 the “Catalogue of Industries for Encouraging Foreign Investment (2025)”, which will take effect from 1 February 2026. Please refer to the Appendix for the catalogue (in Chinese only).
