Chinese Mainland : Amended “General Rules for the Implementation of the Production Licensing of Industrial Products” and Implementation Rules for Production Licensing of 24 Types of Products
The State Administration for Market Regulation issued on 5 December 2025 the amended “General Rules for the Implementation of the Production Licensing of Industrial Products” and implementation rules for production licensing of 24 types of products, which will take effect on 1 April 2026. Please refer to the Appendix for the general rules and the implementation rules (in Chinese only).
