Dear Sirs,
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 312/2023 of 4 May 2023, the UK Government published Trade Remedies Notice 2025/17 and 2025/18 on 31 July 2025 to vary the definitive anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of certain pneumatic tyres, new or retreaded, of rubber, of a kind used for buses or lorries, with a load index exceeding 121 originating in Chinese Mainland, following the transition review. 2.Salient points of the notices are set out below -
