Dear Sirs,
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1014/2024 of 9 December 2024 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain rutile pigments of titanium dioxide classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 3206.11.10 originating in Chinese Mainland, the Brazilian Government issued Resolution No. 802/2025 to announce the imposition of AD duties ranging from US$1,148.72 to US$1,267.74 per tonne on the subject products for five years. Please refer to the Appendix for the Brazilian Circular (in Portuguese).
2.For traders involved in the export of the subject products produced in Guangdong, please contact Zheng Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Guangdong Department of Commerce at 8620 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong Province in responding to AD investigations against products of the Province.
