Dear Sirs,
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 776/2024 of 24 September 2024 regarding the extension of provisional anti-dumping (AD) duties against certain gloves used for medical, dental or veterinary purposes classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3926.20.00 and 4015.12.002 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian Government issued Resolution No. 650/2024 to announce the imposition of AD duties ranging from US$3.9 to US$20.83 per 1,000 gloves on the subject products for five years. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the Brazilian Resolution (in Portuguese).
2.For traders involved in the export of the subject products produced in Guangdong, please contact Zheng Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Guangdong Department of Commerce at 8620 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong Province in responding to AD investigations against products of the Province.

1 The Southern Common Market (Mercosur) includes Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. Membership of Venezuela has been temporarily suspended since 2 December 2016.
