Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 271/2023 of 13 April 2023 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against new pneumatic rubber tyres of radial construction used on motor cars and light lorries classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) codes 4011.10.10 and 4011.20.06 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 30 September 2024 announcing its imposition of AD duties of 5.18% - 32.24% on the subject merchandise.
