Dear Sirs,
The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 30/2024 on 22 July 2024 announcing the review of anti-dumping measures against imports of Stainless Steel Billet and Hot-rolled Stainless Steel Plate (Coil) originating in the EU, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Korea and Indonesia. The tariff codes of the products concerned are 7218 9100, 7218 9900, 7219 1100, 7219 1210, 7219 1290, 7219 1312, 7219 1319, 7219 1322, 7219 1329, 7219 1412, 7219 1419, 7219 1422, 7219 1429, 7219 2100, 7219 2200, 7219 2300, 7219 2410, 7219 2420, 7219 2430, 7220 1100 and 7220 1200. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
2.Interested parties may register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the review of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 22 July 2024).
3.For details of the ruling of the re-investigation of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC No. 374/2024 dated 13 May 2024.
