Dear Sirs,
The Guangdong Provincial Medical Products Administration and the Health Commission of Guangdong Province jointly issued on 29 November 2024 the "Catalogues of Guangdong Province on Drugs and Medical Devices from Hong Kong and Macao in Urgent Clinical Use in Nine Mainland Municipalities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (2024)". The drugs and medical devices included in the catalogues would be regulated in accordance with Article 9 of the "Regulations of Guangdong Province on Administration of Imported Drugs and Medical Devices from Hong Kong and Macao to Nine Mainland Municipalities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area" starting from 1 December 2024. Please refer to the Appendix for the catalogues (in Chinese only).
