Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 474/2019 of 24 June 2019, the Council of the EU has adopted a regulation to promulgate the latest version of the list of agricultural and industrial products for which the CCT duties shall be suspended. The regulation is available at:

2.Products for which CCT duties are temporarily suspended can be imported into the EU at reduced or zero rates. Temporary total suspension of CCT duties applies to products of which the EU production is currently inadequate or non-existent and thus, the needs of user industries in the EU cannot be met.
