Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 16/2016 of 5 January 2016 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 3907.60.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 121/2016 on 28 November 2016 announcing its final determination of the AD investigation that for a period of five years, imports from certain Mainland companies will be subject to an AD duty ranging from US$87.23 per tonne to US$682.38 per tonne.
