Dear Sirs,
Further to Commercial Information Circulars Nos. 970/2013 and 971/2013 of 5 December 2013, the European Commission (the Commission) has published an implementing regulation, which entered into force on 9 December 2016, to withdraw the acceptance of the undertaking for two exporting producers offered in connection with the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China. 2.The exporting producers are -
They were found to have breached the undertaking. The Commission has therefore concluded that the acceptance of the undertaking for the two exporting producers shall be withdrawn.
