Dear Sirs,
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1073/2014 of 19 December 2014, the Council of the EU has adopted a regulation to amend the list of agricultural and industrial products eligible for the Union's autonomous tariff quotas. The amending regulation can be accessed through the following link:

2.Tariff quotas allow Union industries to acquire agricultural and industrial products of which production is insufficient in the Union. Products eligible for autonomous tariff quotas can be imported into the EU at reduced or zero tariff rate up to the quota volume within a specified period of time. The normal tariff rate will resume when imports reach the quota volume or upon expiry of the quota period. Details of the amendments and the related quotas are set out in the amending regulation and its annex and shall apply from 1 July 2015.
