Upon the approval of a new/renewal registration, or when deemed necessary, companies/registered businesses holding valid Textiles Trader Registration (TTR) or Factory Registration will receive an invitation email provided by the Department inviting them to create a One-stop Portal for Licence / Permit Application (OSP) account. Traders are required to set a login ID and password during the registration of OSP accounts.

The Trade and Industry Department encourages OSP account holders to change their passwords from time to time to protect their accounts against attempts of unauthorised accesses.

In case an OSP account holder has forgotten his/her login ID, he/she can retrieve the login ID by the following steps :

STEPS

1. To click the “Login ID” button of the words “Forgot Login ID or Password?” on OSP login page.
2. To input the registered email address.
3. To input the verification code.
4. To click the “Submit” button.

In case a OSP account holder has been denied access to his/ her account due to repeated login failures or has forgotten his/her password, he/she can re-set the password by the following steps :

STEPS

1. To click the “Password” button of the words “Forgot Login ID or Password?” on OSP login page.
2. To input the login ID.
3. To input the registered email address.
4. To input the verification code.
5. To click the “Submit” button.
