Account Registration and Login Procedures

Upon the approval of a new/renewal registration, or when deemed necessary, companies/registered businesses holding valid Textiles Trader Registration (TTR) or Factory Registration will receive an invitation email provided by the Department inviting them to create a One-stop Portal for Licence / Permit Application (OSP) account. Please click the link of webpage provided in the invitation email and follow the steps below to register your OSP account:

STEPS

  1. To input the Hong Kong ID Card/Passport Number of the SignatoryNote of your company/registered business as registered under the Textiles Trader Registration (TTR) or Factory Registration (FR).
  2. To input account particulars (including name of contact person, position, contact telephone number and contact email address (which is also the registered email of the OSP account)).
  3. To set your login ID and password.
  4. To input the verification code
  5. To click the “Submit” button.
If the input information is verified to be correct, your OSP account will be created.

You can login the OSP account by inputting login ID and password or with iAM Smart. The procedures for logging in the OSP account are as follows:

STEPS

  1. To visit the OSP login page.
  2. To input your login ID, password and click the “Login” button; or to click the “Continue with iAM Smart” button, open iAM Smart App in your mobile and tap the scan button in the App, and scan the QR Code displayed on the webpage.

After successfully registering and logging into their OSP accounts, the OSP account administrators can add new user accounts under the same company/registered business with different login IDs and passwords. They are encouraged to change the passwords from time to time to protect their accounts against attempts of unauthorised accesses.
Note

For TTR, the Signatory is the person who signed the Undertaking on behalf of the company/registered business in the TTR Application Form. For FR, the Signatory is the person who signed the Declaration and Undertaking on behalf of the company/registered business in the FR Application Form.
