Each E-Account is accessible with a pair of Login ID and Password as defined by the E-Account holder himself/ herself.

Once the Password is defined, it becomes the key to gain access with the Login ID.

The Trade and Industry Department encourages E-Account holders to change their Passwords from time to time to protect their accounts from attempts of unauthorised access.

E-Account holders who have forgotten their Passwords or have been denied access to their E-Accounts due to repeated login failure should fill in the required information on the "Forgot Password" webpage before any resetting of the Passwords is possible. For enquiries, please call 3403 6325.
