The number of travel agents set up on a wholly-owned basis operating outbound group tours for Mainland residents on a pilot basis to destinations beyond Hong Kong and Macao (excluding Taiwan) is restricted to 5.
For clarity and avoidance of doubt, investment of setting up travel agents in the Pilot Free Trade Zones shall be approved by the authorities of the Pilot Free Trade Zones. |
