2004 To : All shipping companies, airlines and Dear Sirs, Unified Road Cargo Manifest for Cross-boundary Further to our circular
of 31 December 2003 on the implementation of the unified road cargo manifest
for cross-boundary truck drivers crossing at the land boundary control points
starting from 1 January 2004, this is to inform the industry that the Hong Kong
Customs and Excise Department has prepared a guide (in Chinese) for completion
of the unified road cargo manifest. A copy of the guide is at Annex
(pdf format) for information. Enquiries
