European Union (EU)* : Anti-dumping Measures against Products Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 359/2008 of 11 July 2008, a list of anti-dumping measures taken by the EU against products originating in the Mainland of China up to 31 December 2008 is at the Annex (pdf format). The list is compiled from information available to the Department and is meant for traders' general information only. In case of doubt, traders should approach their importers in the EU for clarifications.
