Commercial Information Circular No. 44/00

India :Imposition of Definitive Anti-Dumping Duties on
Polystyrene from Hong Kong

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 159/99 of 16 October 1999, Trade Department has been informed by the Indian authority of imposition of definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of polystyrene originating in or exported from Hong Kong. Details are as follows :

Product Polystyrene falling under Chapter 39 of the Customs Tariff of India;
Amount of Anti-Dumping Duty Definitive anti-dumping duties of 1,822 rupiah per metric ton (RS/MT) for general purpose polystyrene and RS/MT 4,878 for high impact polystyrene; and
Effective Date 8 March 2000.
