Textile and Clothing

No quota is required for export of Hong Kong-origin or Mainland China-origin textile and clothing products to the US. 

All textile and clothing products for import into the US market must identify the country where they were processed or manufactured. False labelling of imported articles is a violation of US laws and may be subject to enforcement action and/or liquidated damages.
