Implementation

  • The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) is responsible for the preparatory work for the implementation of the Agreement of Fisheries Subsidies locally. The Government has consulted local stakeholders and fishermen representatives in the course of negotiations and in preparation for Hong Kong, China's implementation of the Agreement.
