WTO Negotiations on Anti-dumping

Under the Doha Round of multilateral trade talks now underway, WTO Members have launched negotiations on, among other subjects, rules on anti-dumping. Hong Kong, China participates actively in the negotiations with a view to clarifying and improving the disciplines. Latest developments of the negotiations including specific proposals of WTO Members can be found in WTO's webpage at http://www.wto.org/english/tratop_e/rulesneg_e/rulesneg_e.htm.
