Purchase of Textiles Notification Forms

The notification forms (including Import Notification, Export Notification I, Export Notification II and Transshipment Notification) are available for sale at the Collection and Form Sales Office (Room 104, 1/F., Trade and Industry Department Tower). Registered textiles traders must present the original valid Certificate of Registration as a Textiles Trader, or a photocopy of which certified by the registered textiles trader or the authorized signatory when making purchase of the notification forms.

For purchase of Import Notification (Textiles) Forms, registered textiles traders should also complete the Application for Purchase of Import Notification (Textiles) Forms (TID 228) , and return to Central Registration Office at 2/F., Trade and Industry Department Tower before purchase.
