Purchase of Textiles Notification Forms

The notification forms (including Import Notification, Export Notification I and Export Notification II) are available for sale at the Collection and Form Sales Office (Room 104, 1/F., Trade and Industry Department Tower). Registered textiles traders must present the original or certified true copy of the valid Certificate of Registration as a Textiles Trader when purchasing the notification forms.

For purchase of Import Notification (Textiles) Forms in particular, registered textiles traders are requested to first submit the Application for Purchase of Import Notification (Textiles) Forms (TID 228) to the Central Registration Office (2/F., Trade and Industry Department Tower) for endorsement before approaching the Collection and Form Sales Office.
