Import and Exports Requirements

Under the Import and Export Ordinance and its subsidiary legislation, all import and export of textiles products (including textiles exports of non-Hong Kong origin), unless exempted, must be covered by valid import licences and export licences respectively issued by the Director-General of Trade and Industry.

Different licensing requirements apply for "sensitive" and "non-sensitive" markets.
