Transhipment Cargo Exemption Scheme (TCES)

Registration for TCES

Application forms are attached as Annex B and C (pdf fromat) to the Circular "Transhipment Cargo Exemption Scheme - Invitation for New Registration/Renewal Registration". 

Completed application forms together with relevant supporting documents should be lodged to the Manifest Checking Unit, Trade and Industry Department, Room 504A, 5/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon. Successful applicants will be issued with a Certificate of Exemption which will have a validity period from the date of issue to 31 December of the year.
