Change of Registration Particulars

In case of any change of registration particulars, registrant is required to immediately inform the Director-General of Trade and Industry in writing. In making the amendment, please download Annex D (pdf format) of the Circular "Transhipment Cargo Exemption Scheme - Invitation for New Registration/Renewal of Registration".

Duly completed application form together with relevant supporting documents, e.g. copies of Certificates of Change of Name (CR), valid Business Registration Certificate, or copy of relevant rental contract etc. should be lodged to the Manifest Checking Unit, Trade and Industry Department, Room 504A, 5/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
