Assessment of Applications

The Director-General of Trade and Industry ( " the Director-General " ) will inform the applicant of the result of his application for registration within 14 days of the receipt of the application.  Where necessary, the applicant may be required to provide further information/supporting documents for consideration of the application.  Among other factors, the Director-General will, if appropriate, take into account any past record of compliance by the applicant with the conditions of registration when considering the application.
