Ozone Depleting Substances

General Information

Under the Ozone Layer Protection Ordinance (Cap. 403 of the Laws of Hong Kong), the imports and exports of ozone depleting substances listed in the Schedule to this Ordinance are required to be under and in accordance with valid import or export licences issued by the Director of Environmental Protection.
