Import Licence / Export Licence / Import and Export Licence

Procedures

Step 1 :
Buy licence application forms from the Collection and Form Sales Office at Room 104, 1/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon.

Step 2 :
Complete a licence application according to the following specimens and lodge it to the Non-Textiles Licensing Unit of the Trade and Industry Department at Room 101A, 1/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon.

Methyl bromide is also subject to licensing arrangement for pesticide.  Licence applications on Form 3 and Form 6 as appropriate should be lodged together with the applications under the Ozone Layer Protection Ordinance.
