Manifest Requirements

Manifest Checking Conducted by the Trade and Industry Department

The Manifest Checking Unit checks manifests to see whether -

• the imports/exports of "prohibited articles" and/or "reserved commodities" are covered by licences/notifications; and
  
  
• the licence/notification particulars match with the manifest particulars if they are covered by licences/notifications.
