Production Checks
- Compliance with the production check requirement is a condition for the validation of Production Notification (PN).
- Production checks may, from time to time, be conducted by officers of the Customs and Excise Department to verify the information declared on the PNs and the carrying out of the principal manufacturing processes of cut-and-sewn garments in Hong Kong. Full investigation will follow if suspected malpractices are uncovered during production checks.
