About HK Certificate of Origin

Factory Registration

Manufacturers must first be registered with the Trade and Industry Department under Factory Registration in respect of the products they produce before they are eligible to apply for Certificate of Hong Kong Origin (CHKO), Certificate of Hong Kong Origin (CEPA) (CO(CEPA)), Certificate of Origin-Processing (COP), Certificate of Origin-Form A and Production Notification (PN) for Cut and Sewn Garments, or to participate in Outward Processing Arrangement (OPA) and Local Subcontracting Arrangement (LSA).
