Establishment of Road Freight Transportation Enterprises- According to the "Rules on Road Transport of the People's Republic of China (2023 Revision)" (Jul 2023) (in Chinese only), enterprises applying for the operation of road transport businesses shall be able to meet the criteria including having vehicles necessary for business operation that have passed the relevant examinations, qualified drivers and an effective safety management system.
