Relevant Mainland Rules and Regulations

Hong Kong enterprises can apply for the Mainland's "Computer Information System Integration (SI) Qualification Certification" in Hong Kong from 1 January 2005. Enterprises that have obtained the certification will be eligible to provide computer SI services in the Mainland that require such Certification

Hong Kong service suppliers may make reference to regulations promulgated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China
