TERMINATION OF COMPLIMENTARY
MAILING SERVICE FROM 1 APRIL 2005
- In recent years, the Government has been encouraging electronic delivery of services through which less paper is consumed, use of resources is economized, and time for processing and information dissemination is shortened. Many traders and organizations have come to realize that browsing our web sites is a convenient and quick channel to look up relevant trade information. Against this background and to promote a green government, our Department has decided to terminate the complimentary mailing service of all trade circulars, including the Textiles Trader Registration Circulars, with effect from 1 April 2005.
- It is our pleasure to introduce to you our free e-mail notification service. By registering your e-mail address and selecting the type of trade information you desire, you will receive an email alert whenever there is any new trade information, or when a new trade circular is issued by this Department.
